Inspired by James and the Giant Peach, this joyful holiday workshop invites kids to step into a world of imagination, invention and creative magic. From dreamy skies to quirky insect characters, every part of the day is designed to spark artistic confidence and hands-on fun.
Children will paint, build and explore with colour, texture and form — bringing Roald Dahl’s classic tale to life through their own eyes and ideas.
This is storytelling through art, where every creation feels like part of a much bigger adventure.
• Paint a dreamy garden or sky scene inspired by the peach’s journey
• Design and illustrate their own friendly insect characters
• Build a giant peach sculpture using papier-mâché and recycled materials
• Explore floating and balance challenges with playful STEM-inspired activities
• A large painted artwork inspired by James and the Giant Peach
• Their own illustrated insect character piece
