These Terms and Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, parties and events at A Little Bite Studio, Wentworth Point.

By enrolling in a class, booking an event or attending a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Enrolments and Bookings

All classes, workshops, parties and events must be booked and paid for in advance.

Enrolments for term-based art classes are made on a per-term basis unless otherwise stated. A place is secured once payment has been received.

Fees and Payments

All fees are listed in Australian dollars and include materials unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm enrolment or reservation.

We reserve the right to update fees with reasonable notice. Updated fees apply to future terms or bookings only.

Missed Classes and Make-ups

Due to small class sizes and structured programming, we are unable to offer make-up classes, refunds or credits for missed classes.

This includes absences due to illness, holidays or other personal commitments.

Cancellations and Refunds

Term-Based Art Classes

Once a term has commenced, refunds or credits are not available.

If you need to withdraw before the term begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds prior to the start of term may be considered at our discretion, less an administrative fee.

Workshops, Parties and Events

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. In some cases, a credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Private events and parties may have separate cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.

Creative Kids Voucher

We accept the NSW Creative Kids Voucher for eligible art classes only.

Vouchers must be applied at the time of enrolment and cannot be applied retroactively.

Creative Kids Vouchers are not valid for art parties, private events, Paint & Sip sessions or adult programs.

Public Holidays and Studio Closures

Classes do not run on NSW public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Any scheduled studio closures will be communicated in advance via email or WhatsApp.

Class Changes and Cancellations by the Studio

In the unlikely event that a class or session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the studio, we will offer a replacement session, credit or refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to make changes to class times, instructors or programs if required.

Health and Safety

Art-making may involve materials that can stain clothing. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for creative activities.

While all reasonable care is taken, A Little Bite Studio is not responsible for damage to personal belongings.

If a child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home to support the wellbeing of the class.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time.

Please collect children promptly at the end of class. Repeated late collection may incur a fee.

Behaviour and Participation

We aim to maintain a calm, respectful and supportive studio environment.

If a student’s behaviour consistently disrupts the class or affects the experience of others, we may contact parents or guardians to discuss appropriate next steps. In rare cases, continued enrolment may be reviewed. Refunds or credits are not provided in these circumstances.

Communication

We communicate with families through the following channels:

WhatsApp
Used to share weekly photos, class highlights and general updates related to your child’s class.

Email
Used for invoices, enrolment confirmations, term updates, important notices and studio newsletters.

Phone and In-Person Meetings
Mrs Grace is always happy to chat. To ensure we can give you our full attention, please book a time in advance for phone calls or in-person meetings.

We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us balance teaching, studio time and meaningful communication with families.

Photography and Media

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events for studio use, including marketing and social media.

If you prefer that your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing.

Privacy

All personal information is handled with care and used only for studio communication, administration and enrolment purposes.
