The school holidays where your child made something they still talk about.
Ask any parent whose child has attended one of our holiday workshops. They will tell you the same thing: their child came home with something they made themselves, genuinely proud, and immediately asking when the next one is. Our workshops are a highlight of every school holiday, designed to be fun, focused and produce results that children are truly proud of.
No experience needed. No term commitment required. Just a brilliant day of making something real.
Not sure about a full term? Start here.
School holiday workshops are the perfect way to experience A Little Bite Studio before committing to a term class. Your child gets a full session with our educators, you get to see how they respond, and if they love it (they usually do) enrolling in a term class is the obvious next step.
Many of our longest-term students first walked through the door during a school holiday workshop.

Some workshops are perfect from age 5+, while our more detailed Realistic Faces and Nature Sketchbook workshops are designed for ages 7–15. Please check the age recommendation on each workshop before booking.
My child is 4 years old. Can they attend?
We advise that children attend school to join our workshops. These are full-day, intensive sessions designed to give your child the best experience, so they work best for kids aged 5 and up.
Can I stay with my child during the workshop?
Our workshops are drop-off only so kids can fully immerse themselves in creativity and independence.
What should my child bring to the workshop?
They should bring creativity and enthusiasm, a nut-free lunch and snacks, a named water bottle, and comfortable, mess-friendly clothes.
Are the workshops nut free?
Yes, our studio is a nut-free environment to keep all kids safe.
What happens if my child finishes early?
We always have extra activities and creative stations ready to keep kids engaged.

My child is coming along but doesn’t know anyone. What happens?
We make sure all kids feel welcomed and looked after. Our workshops balance independent creativity with collaborative art and craft activities, helping new friends connect through shared creative experiences.
What if my child is extremely shy, has ADHD, or other needs?
Please let us know. We want to support your child as best we can. However, with new kids coming in during busy holiday workshops, this setting may not always be the best fit for every child’s needs.
Do you have a photo or video policy?
We love capturing moments of creativity and joy during workshops to share with our community. If you prefer your child not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know beforehand.
What if the workshop is full?
If a workshop sells out, you can join our waitlist by contacting us. We’ll notify you if a spot opens up or when the next session becomes available.
