Booking Terms & Studio Guidelines

Arrival & Departure

You’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up your food table and decorations.
At the end of your booking, we ask that families depart within 10 minutes so we can reset the studio for the next session.

Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.

Outside Vendors & Extras

  • Pre-assembled decorations are welcome with notice.

  • Outside vendors or performers require approval prior to the event.

  • No pets are allowed inside the studio.

  • We can accommodate up to 20 children per party, including the birthday child. If you’re planning a larger group, contact us and we’ll guide you on the best setup for a smooth and enjoyable celebration.

    We have lovely local cafes and parks nearby if you’d like to relax while we host the fun.
    You’re warmly invited to return for the second half of the party when food and cake are served — the studio is yours to enjoy.

  • All materials we use are non-toxic and child-safe.
    If your child or any guest has allergies or special requirements, please let us know before the party — we’ll do our best to accommodate their needs safely.

  • Yes — you’re welcome to bring nut-free, ready-to-serve food, drinks, and birthday cake.
    We provide a food area and help with setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the day.

  • We provide everything for the art activities, including aprons.
    We recommend kids wear clothes that can get a little messy — creativity tends to splash!

    Last-minute spots do sometimes become available, so it’s always worth asking.

  • Once your date is confirmed and the $300 deposit is paid, you’ll receive your digital invitations, ready to print or email.

    On the day:

    • Arrive 30 minutes early to set up food and decorations.

    • The first hour is creative art fun.

    • The second hour is for food, cake, and celebration — the studio is yours.

  • Yes — there’s free parking right outside our Wentworth Point art studio.
    On weekends, spots can fill quickly, so allow a few extra minutes to park.

    • A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 3 days before the party.

    • After that, the full amount is non-refundable.
