What Happens After You Submit
We’ll review your details and confirm availability
Once confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your date
Your digital invitation is created within 24 hours of deposit payment
Final guest numbers are due 10 days before the party
On the Day
You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up snacks or simple decorations
Parties run on a clear timeline to ensure a smooth, relaxed experience
We ask families to depart within 10 minutes of the end time so the studio can be reset
Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.
A Few Important Notes
Parties are best suited for primary-aged children and teens
Aprons are provided; comfortable clothing is recommended
Parents are welcome to stay during the celebration time
Outside vendors or performers require prior approval
No pets are permitted inside the studio
