Celebrating Liam's Artistic Achievement at Operation Art 2025
At A Little Bite Studio, we believe that every child has a unique creative voice, and we feel incredibly proud when their talent is recognised beyond our studio walls. Today, we’re celebrating the artistic achievement of one of our own — Liam, age 10, whose work has been selected for Operation Art 2025.
What is Operation Art?
Operation Art is a renowned annual initiative run by The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in partnership with the NSW Department of Education. It encourages students from Kindergarten to Year 10 to create heartfelt artworks for hospital environments. These pieces are displayed in galleries across NSW and many are later donated to brighten hospital spaces.
Being chosen for this exhibition is an honour, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for Liam.
Liam’s Creative Journey
Liam has been with A Little Bite Studio for several years, steadily growing into a thoughtful, imaginative artist. His submission to Operation Art — a vibrant, joy-filled llama illustration — was chosen for its expression, colour, and playful spirit.
When we asked Liam how he felt, he quietly said:
“Thank you for teaching me art.”
It’s these simple, sincere words that remind us why we do what we do.
