Kids’ Art Party FAQ & Booking Terms
Everything you need to know to plan the perfect creative celebration.
At A Little Bite Studio, we believe birthdays should be as unique and creative as your child. Our art parties are designed to be joyful, stress-free, and full of imagination — right in the heart of Wentworth Point.

What ages are the art parties suitable for?
Whether your child is in early primary or their teen years, we can tailor the experience to suit them. Our parties are designed for kids aged 5 to 16, and we adjust the activities based on age and interests to ensure everyone feels engaged, confident, and creatively inspired.
How many kids can attend?
We can accommodate up to 18 children per party. This includes the birthday child. If you’re planning a larger group, let us know — we’ll do our best to guide you on the best setup for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Less is more in our studio. With colourful murals, art displays, and kids' creations filling the space, we kindly ask that you keep decorations simple. A few balloons are perfect — nothing too much. This helps maintain the creative feel and allows your child’s party to shine.
Do parents need to stay?
Our art parties are drop-off events. We’ve found that kids focus best and feel more confident when they can immerse themselves in the experience without distraction. We have lovely local cafes and a park nearby if you’d like to relax while the party is underway. That said, we warmly welcome you back for the second half of the party when food and cake are served — the space is yours to enjoy and celebrate.
Can we choose a custom party theme?
Absolutely! In fact, it’s one of the best things about our parties. Instead of choosing from a fixed list, we customise the experience to your child’s unique ideas and interests. Let us know what inspires them — and we’ll design the party around that vision.
What about safety and allergies?
All our materials are non-toxic and child-safe. If your child or any guest has allergies or special requirements, just let us know in advance and we’ll accommodate them wherever possible.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes — feel free to bring nut-free, ready-to-serve food, drinks, and cake. We'll provide a food area and help with setup and cleanup.
What should we bring?
We provide everything needed for the art activities, including aprons to help protect clothing. That said, we do recommend that kids wear clothes they don’t mind getting a little messy — creativity can get colourful!
What to bring:
A nut-free cake and any additional food or drinks
A disposable table cover for the food table (like this one)
A few simple balloons for decoration if you like

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead. Last-minute spots do come up, so it’s always worth asking!
What happens after we book?
Once your party is booked and the deposit is paid, we’ll send you beautifully designed digital invitations — ready to print or email to your guests.
On the day of the party, you’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up any food and personal touches. We’ll begin right on time:
The first half is all about creative fun and making art.
The second half is for food, cake, photos, and celebration — the space is yours to enjoy.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking right outside our studio. Please note that weekends can fill up quickly, so allow a little extra time to find a spot.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A $300 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before the party.
After that, the full amount is nonrefundable.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible — we’ll do our best to help.
Booking Terms & Studio Guidelines
Arrival & Departure
You can arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up.
Please leave within 10 minutes after the party ends.
Extra charges apply for early arrival or late departure.
Outside Vendors & Extras
Extra decorations are welcome (pre-assembled only).
Outside vendors (like entertainers or performers) require prior approval.
No pets allowed.
Capacity & Timeline
Maximum of 18 children per party.
A clear party timeline is followed so everything runs smoothly.
