Our standard art party package includes two hours of exclusive studio use, with an additional 30 minutes allotted for setup. This timeframe allows ample time for the art activity, refreshments, and any additional celebrations.

3. Can we bring our own food and cake?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own food and cake to make the celebration uniquely yours. We provide tables and seating for refreshments, as well as a designated area for cake cutting and serving.

4. Do you offer party favors or goody bags for guests?

Yes, each child who attends the art party will receive a take-home masterpiece as a souvenir of the event. Additionally, the birthday child will receive a special birthday goodie bag filled with surprises to commemorate their special day.

5. Are the art supplies and materials included in the party package?

Yes, all art supplies and materials needed for the selected art activity are included in the party package. We provide everything from paint and brushes to clay and sculpting tools, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for all participants.

6. Can parents/guardians stay and participate in the party?

While parents/guardians are welcome to stay and observe the party, we encourage them to let our expert party hosts facilitate the activities. This allows the children to fully immerse themselves in the creative process and enjoy the party to the fullest.

7. Can we request a specific art activity or theme for the party?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of popular art party themes, including Paint on Canvas, Gooey Gooey Slime, Clay Sculpting, Tie Dye, Fashion Illustration, and Minecraft Pixel Art. However, if you have a specific theme or activity in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. How far in advance should we book our art party?

We recommend booking your art party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule, so feel free to contact us for availability.

Booking Agreement Terms with A Little Terms & Conditions for A Little Bite Studio Parties

To ensure the success of each party, it's crucial that all guests are familiar with our policies.

Please review these guidelines to help us create a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Payment and Timing:

  • Final Payment: Final payment is required before the party. This ensures that all arrangements are settled before the event begins, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free celebration.

Arrival and Departure:

  • Arrival Time: Host families may arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled party start time. This early arrival time provides ample opportunity for setting up and ensuring everything is in place for the party to begin on time. Unauthorised early arrivals will incur additional charges to maintain fairness for all guests.

  • Departure Time: Guests are expected to leave promptly at the end of the party. To facilitate this, host families are allotted a 10 minute grace period for gathering belongings. Unauthorised late departures will incur additional charges to adhere to our scheduling commitments.

Decor and Outside Vendors:

  • Additional Decor: If you choose to bring extra decor, please ensure it is pre-assembled. Certain items like piñatas, balloon air walkers, and confetti are not permitted to maintain a safe and clean environment for all participants.

  • Outside Vendors: Outside vendors and entertainers are only permitted with permission.

Food and Beverages:

  • Outside Food: You're welcome to bring additional food, following our guidelines for nut-free, ready-to-serve items. This flexibility allows for personalisation while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.

Policies:

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed at the venue to prevent potential disruptions and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Party Details and Timeline:

  • Maximum Capacity: The maximum capacity varies based on the party package booked. Additional fees may apply for exceeding the specified capacity to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

  • Party Timeline: Our detailed timeline outlines the sequence of events during the party, from greeting guests to saying goodbye, ensuring that the party runs smoothly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Nonrefundable Deposit: A $300 nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due three days before the party. After this point, the entire amount becomes nonrefundable to cover preparations and commitments made in anticipation of the event.
